Warranty
FORCED INDUCTIONS WARRANTY (US AND CANADA ONLY)
Forced Inductions, LLC ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser that its new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to the Company's specifications for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products sold directly through Forced Inductions or its Authorized Resellers.
GENERAL TERMS
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers repair or replacement, at the Company's discretion, of any product that malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Repairs or replacements will be conducted using methods deemed appropriate by the Company. In most cases, further inspection will be required, and the product must be returned to the Company, freight prepaid, for evaluation.
- Warranty Period: The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the end user unless otherwise specified in the coverage schedule below on page 2.
- Obtaining Warranty Service: For all warranty concerns, contact your Authorized Dealer or reach out to the Company at 256-796-1230. To process a warranty claim, you may be required to provide: (Link to Warranty Request)
- Original invoice and proof of purchase
- Vehicle service history and current mileage
- Photographs of the product and any related issues
- Evidence of diagnostic steps performed
LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Defects or damage resulting from improper installation or inadequate maintenance practices. This includes damage caused by contaminated fuel, foreign debris, lack of proper oil maintenance, or any poor maintenance practices by the owner.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Routine maintenance and wear components are the owner’s responsibility and are not covered under this warranty.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Defects or damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service outlets or individuals not approved by the Company. Any tampering with the product before returning it to the Company will void the warranty.
- Use of Non-Genuine Parts: Defects or damage resulting from the use of parts not manufactured or supplied by Forced Inductions, LLC.
- Accidents, Misuse, or Natural Disasters: Damage due to accidents, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or external events such as floods, fires, theft, freezing, vandalism, riots, explosions, or other "Acts of God."
- Extra Expenses: Economic losses or additional expenses, including but not limited to injury to persons or property, towing, inconvenience, storage fees, shipping costs, lost time, or travel expenses.
- Labor Costs: Labor charges or installation expenses associated with warranty repairs are not covered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or, at the Company’s discretion, a refund of the original purchase price and any freight charges incurred in returning the product. This limited warranty allocates the risks of product failure between the Company and the purchaser, and this allocation is reflected in the price of the goods.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This written warranty constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements and communications, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this warranty. No employee, agent, distributor, or any other person is authorized to make any modifications, extensions, or additions to this warranty unless it is in writing and signed by an officer of the Company.
