Shipping & returns
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries. Orders submitted with a P.O. box as the shipping address will be canceled or placed on hold until an appropriate physical address is provided.
Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%–25%. Orders that are canceled after processing are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Electrical parts are not eligible for return.
All returns require a valid tracking number, an RMA number, and the original invoice or packing list. Returns submitted without these items will not be accepted. Store credit will be issued for approved returns; no cash refunds are provided.
To begin a return, visit your Order Details page through My Account, select Return Item(s) for the applicable order, and follow the prompts to complete your request.
