What Is Included in a Standard Rebuild?

A standard rebuild includes replacement of normal wear items such as:

    •    Bearings

    •    Seals

    •    Piston rings

    •    Thrust components (as needed)

    •    Other standard rebuild components

 

Please note that any damaged or broken hard parts (compressor wheels, turbine wheels, shafts, housings, etc.) are not included in a standard rebuild and will be quoted separately if replacement is required.

 

Packaging Requirements

Proper packaging is critical to prevent shipping damage.

 

Do NOT use:

    •    Packing peanuts

    •    Spray foam or expanding foam

    •    Liquid foam packaging

    •    Loose-fill packaging materials of any kind

Please securely package your turbo using a sturdy box with adequate protective material (such as bubble wrap or dense packing paper) to prevent movement during transit.

Improper packaging may result in shipping damage, which could delay the inspection and repair process.
