Our new FIS 60mm external wastegate is built for serious performance and reliability. Precision cast from high-grade stainless steel, it’s engineered to handle extreme heat and pressure without compromise. Each unit includes all necessary hardware and features our signature quick-release clamps — intentionally overbuilt to ensure a secure, leak-free seal under high-boost conditions.
At the top, a CNC-machined billet cap is anodized in black and features integrated cooling channels to keep internal temperatures in check. The cap is finished with a clean machined FIS logo for a high-end, professional appearance. A clearly labeled size marking on the exterior makes identification easy.
Designed for maximum durability, the gate also includes a thicker heat shield to protect internal components from thermal damage. It comes with two ⅛" NPT ports on the cap and one ⅛" NPT port below the cap, giving you flexible routing options for boost control lines. Block-off fittings and nipples are included to support multiple configurations.
Each Unit also includes all V band flanges needed for welding for the hot side of the exhaust system.
Each unit ships with four interchangeable springs, allowing you to select a base pressure range from 3 PSI to 24 PSI.
Note: Base pressure is the minimum pressure at which the wastegate begins to open. It does not equal total boost pressure — actual boost can exceed base pressure when using a boost controller.
